Hacienda Iguana
Nicaragua
Hacienda Iguana is one of those places that feels instantly special: a private gated community on Nicaragua’s Emerald Coast, framed by tropical greenery, long beaches and some of the best surf in the country.
At its heart is Playa Colorado — a world-class wave that has made this coastline known far beyond Nicaragua. Consistent swell, offshore winds and warm water create the kind of conditions surfers travel for, while the setting itself stays relaxed, spacious and understated.
The experience extends beyond the beach. Within Hacienda Iguana, a golf course winds through the tropical landscape, offering another way to enjoy the setting — calm, open and naturally integrated into the environment.
Staying here means being close to it all, while still feeling removed from noise, crowds and rush. It’s the kind of place where life slows down, the beach is always near, and every day begins with the ocean in front of you.
