Casita Koyu is designed as a fully independent studio, with a smart layout that brings together living, sleeping and kitchen space in a way that feels open and efficient.

A fully equipped kitchen with quality appliances, counter seating allows for easy meals at home, while the indoor space flows naturally into a private outdoor seating area — creating a comfortable rhythm between inside and outside.

The space is set up to feel practical without losing warmth, making it equally suited for shorter stays or longer, more settled visits.

Sleeping & Set Up

The studio can be configured with either one king bed or two single beds, depending on your needs.

A private bathroom with hot water, high-quality mattresses, air conditioning and ceiling fans ensure comfort throughout your stay, while a dedicated workspace and reliable Wi-Fi make it easy to balance rest and productivity.

Outdoor Shared Space

The studio includes its own outdoor seating area, offering a quiet place to start or end the day.

Guests also have access to the shared pool and outdoor areas of the property, along with a hammock for resting and your own outdoor shower and board rack — keeping everything easy and connected without losing a sense of privacy.
